5. Refund Policy

Our reimbursement policy is organized by service type. To submit any reimbursement or appointment transfer request, please use our contact form.

5.1 Legal Services (Wills and Care Agreements)

If you request a reimbursement within 14 days of engagement and no substantive work has been delivered, we will reimburse the fee through the channel used. Once drafting has begun, reimbursements are not provided due to resource allocation and preparatory efforts. Appointment transfers are available through the same form.

5.2 Information Products

For e-books and digital courses, you may request a reimbursement within 7 days of initial access. After this period, reimbursements are not available due to the nature of digital materials.

5.3 Physical Goods

Merchandise may be eligible for reimbursement if sent back unused and in original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-reimbursable. Reimbursement processing takes up to 10 business days.
